We offer a unique system of design services to help you develop a well conceived outdoor space, appropriate to your budget.  The advantage in using a Tranquillity landscape designer is that they work closely with our construction team so that a high quality final product reflects your professionally designed landscape.

Primary Garden Concept Design

Cost: $350.00 Plus GST
You have an on site consultation with our landscape designer.  A CAD plan [not to scale] is developed showing areas to be constructed and planting ideas.  The client then examines the drawing and our designer will make alterations if necessary.  The price allows for the design to be amended once.

Concept and Construction Landscape Design

Cost: $650.00 Plus GST
You have a thorough on site consultation with our landscape designer.  A scaled CAD plan is developed showing areas to be constructed, materials to be used and a detailed planting schedule.  The price allows for alterations until client is satisfied.

Quoted Landscape Design

Some outdoor areas require extra work during design stage.  In these instances Tranquillity will give you an obligation free quote for landscape design. 

The following situation may require a quote:
You require a D/A plan.
Difficult sites – these include sites that are extra large in area, complex in shape or contour or have multiple residences.
You request 3D presentations.
Detailed construction plans showing complex documentation, elevation and sections, lighting, drainage etc.

Landscape Hourly Rate

Our landscape designer is available for consultation or site management at a rate of $88.00 per hour.

Tranquillity will continue to follow up after the design is completed.
